Given how joyful most of these lovely ladies are at being eaten, I choose to believe (in my own fantasies at least) that these women have been eaten before - and somehow magically are able to reform themselves later.
Possibly while her previous body (now dead of course) is still digesting in the creature.
Thus they get to enjoy the pleasures and pains of being eaten, but with anticipation rather then fear.
